Go to chat.openai.com or the mobile app, and log in or sign up (it's free).

There is a paid version, which is affordable and more robust, but you can absolutely just use the free version and be just as successful. Don’t overthink this. Upgrade when you feel like you’ve mastered the technique.

Type your prompt in the message box on the ChatGPT home page. Once ChatGPT spits out a response, you have a handful of options:

😎 Cool Fact: ChatGPT can "remember" the conversation you're having with it within the same conversation. ****This means you can ask ChatGPT to modify its response without repeating yourself or starting from scratch so long as you stay in the same conversation. You can also prompt it to "continue" it's thought to gain more information from it within the same conversation.

💡As a user, it's important to know that ChatGPT doesn't know specifics about individual users unless it's been explicitly told in the conversation, it doesn't store personal data passed during the conversation, and forgets the information when the session ends.

💡 Also, its responses are generated based on patterns and information it learned during its training and not from any specific documents or sources.

💡TIP: When creating a prompt, try doing so “in the essence of [insert your fave writer/blogger/coach/marketer, etc]. For example “acting as a marketing specialist, write me an email that promotes my new product in the essence of Tony Robbins”
